the dealership i bought it from had it rebuilt by another ship (both places not authorized nissan dealerships, it just sells strictly nissans). well the seller told me that when we were negiotiating the price, that we were both under the idea that the car was at tip top condition when it came to the engine. so i had my shop in my area do a full report on what they found (non honed walls..ect..ect.) when the dealer had this shop supposively do a full rebuild, and i have the receipts to show it was done, but since proper procedures werent done...anyhow there is a screw stuck in the top in the head on cylinder 1. and its just killing the piston. so the dealer is gonna honor this and see what they can make the shop do. either way, if not i plan on taking this to court, b/c telling me the engine was rebuilt may be a fraudulant statement. b/c they did not go off proper procedures, and neglegence to leave a screw inside the engine. also the insulator and tips of the spark plugs are more than likely inside my engine flying around...*sigh* think i covered it all there.
